Nembo - IGT Campania Fiano
Impressions
Elegant and delicate, my Fiano expresses the minerality of the soil it comes from. Compared with Irpinia’s Fianos, it’s less aromatic due to lower altitudes. White flowers and fruits, almond.
Features
Fiano is among Italian noble varieties with very good aging possibilities. It is cultivated all over Campania and results are very different according to the origins. My version is clean and harmonic. If you prefer fresh floral notes you can drink it upon release. If you wait some years mineral and almond notes will prevail. The name “Nembo” – archaic name for clouds – refers to the vineyards altitude where it is cultivated.
