Aglianico has a peculiar imprint of structure, acidity and color. Rosé version makes no exceptions. Ripe red fruits and no residual sugar
This rosè comes from white vinification of Aglianico red grapes harvested around ten days before we normally do for Aglianico red wines. This gives higher acidity, freshness and lower alcohol level. I would say this is a typical “rosé from the South” for its structure and soul. Wide range of pairings with frying, shellfish and white meat.
